ORDERING INFO
When ordering Tangente merchandise, please make sure you follow our sizing chart to ensure the best possible fit. Prices are listed in USD. To see the equivalent in CAD or other currency, please use this link for the current conversion rate.
HOW TO PURCHASE
When you find an item that you like, click the "add to cart" button. The items you have chosen will appear in your cart located to the right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click the "shipping" feild box to chose the appropriate destination country for shipping. Click "Update Total" to see your purchase total ( this includes all fees that will be charged). Please make sure the items, sizes, color and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting the red "X" shown next to the item in question. Now click on the "checkout" (at the top right hand side of your cart). You will then be redirected to paypal where you may chose your desired method of payment. Please follow the payment instructions to complete your order.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the payment process an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you from Paypal. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print out this document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away.
SHIPPING
I package in a creative and secure manner, and work hard to make your shopping experience, extraordinary! I will contact you to acknowledge your order, and give you an approximate shipping date, following receipt and clearance of your payment. All items are made on demand to your specified size. Please allow for 1-3 weeks for your garment to be made, plus the applicable shipping time (see below).
CANADIAN/ US/ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping will be made with Canada Post. I will try to keep shipping as low as possible but unfortunately Canada Post is quite expensive. If shipping ends up being overestimated by $1.50 or more, I will refund you the difference via Paypal. Here are the approx. delivery time:
Within Canada: 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-3 weeks
International:3-6 weeks
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving product. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase, perhaps we can figure something out. If not, I will refund the price of the item as soon as I receive it back – minus the shipping. Item must arrive in the same condition in which it was sent.
